Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During high-demand periods (such as sales or festivals), processing may take a little longer. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email or SMS.



Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability.


 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order on our website or directly via the courier's website.


Delivery Service Areas

We currently deliver to all major cities and most pin codes across India. If your address is in a remote or unserviceable location, we will inform you at the time of order placement or before dispatch.


Delays & Force Majeure

Sometimes, due to weather conditions, public holidays, lockdowns, or courier delays, shipments may get delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging/products.

In case of lost or undelivered orders, please reach out to us for assistance. We will coordinate with the courier partner for a resolution.
